I know the plan was to exercise or possibly even cleanse but it hasn’t happened yet. Every night before I go to sleep I tell myself that I will start cleansing in the morning and then the morning comes, and I can’t think of anything other than having my shake! My stomach starts growling, as if it’s telling me…”DON’T DO IT!” I just don’t think I’m ready yet. And if I’m not ready, then I’m not going to do it…besides, I’m still feeling fantastic and that’s what really matters!
I’ve also been enjoying my dinners too much to miss a day. I’ve been adding LOTS of vegetables! I typically get hooked on one and then proceed to have it every single day!
