I know the plan was to exercise or possibly even cleanse but it hasn’t happened yet. Every night before I go to sleep I tell myself that I will start cleansing in the morning and then the morning comes, and I can’t think of anything other than having my shake! My stomach starts growling, as if it’s telling me…”DON’T DO IT!” I just don’t think I’m ready yet. And if I’m not ready, then I’m not going to do it…besides, I’m still feeling fantastic and that’s what really matters! ![]()
I’ve also been enjoying my dinners too much to miss a day. I’ve been adding LOTS of vegetables! I typically get hooked on one and then proceed to have it every single day!
