Roasted Asparagus

2 pounds fresh asparagus

1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

sea salt and fresh ground pepper


Wash and trim the bottom or snap it off.

Lightly coat them with extra virgin olive oil.

Sprinkle fresh cracked pepper, and a bit of fresh ground sea salt.

Place on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
