2 swordfish filets (5-6 ounces)
3 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
slight touch of sea salt
Mix together all ingredients (other than the swordfish).
Pour marinade over swordfish and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Saute/Grill on stove until temperature reaches 130F.
