4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 Tbs. Liquid Aminos (soy sauce substitute)
1 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place all ingredients (other than the chicken) into a food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Pour marinade over chicken and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Saute on stove until temperature of chicken reaches 165F.
