It’s the morning, and I made it through the night…which means I completed the deep cleanse!   WHOOOOHOOOO!

I almost didn’t think I would make it around 2am when I still couldn’t fall asleep and all I felt was the churning in my stomach.  The sound echoed in my head over and over again until I finally fell asleep.  It was definitely a bit rough, but I did it!!   And actually, there is absolutely no way I can even begin to complain about it because when I stepped on the scale…I lost 6 and a half pounds since I started!!   Trust me, I didn’t believe it at first and must have checked and rechecked at least four times before finally realizing it was true!  Oh yeah, this isAgenix program ROCKS!! 

Of course, my shake tasted BEYOND delicious this morning.  I literally tried to get every last drop out of the blender…SO GOOD!

I had to attend a work picnic today too, so no blender for my lunch shake.  I brought along my individual packet of creamy french vanilla, a bottle of water, and my shaker cup…and it all worked like a charm.  It wasn’t quite as good as when it’s blended up with the ice, but still pretty tasty!
