Cleanse Day Round 2 – Day 1

As if today wasn’t already set out to be a difficult day…I started my morning with my PERIOD!!   And of course the isAgenix program advocates on not taking Advil!  I can’t even begin to explain how long it has been since I didn’t take any sort of pain reliever to get through the day.  I’ve experienced TERRIBLE cramps my entire life and on a handful of occasions ended up with Emergency Room, screaming in agony and begging for the pain to stop.  But today, I didn’t take a single dose…I honestly didn’t even have to fight the urge to take one.  I must say, I’m shocked…could this really be because of isAgenix?!!

Overall, the day really wasn’t so bad!  I decided to just drink the Cleanse for Life instead of turning into a slushie and it tasted good!  I think it helps that I really do enjoy the vanilla isaSnacks! that you’re allowed to eat throughout the day, along with the isaDelights!
