Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 pound fresh brussels sprouts

1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

sea salt and fresh ground pepper

 

Wash, trim the bottom, and cut each brussels sprout in half.

Lightly coat them with extra virgin olive oil.

Sprinkle fresh cracked pepper, and a bit of fresh ground sea salt.

Place on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Out come perfect little roasted brussels sprouts!  ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!
