I've been doing this for the last two weeks and LOVE IT!! It is so nice to not immediately come home and start cooking...PLUS, no more pots and pans to clean each night! I put the food onto a plate and then cover it with a damp paper towel. It's my little way of keeping the food from drying out and it seems to work! I definitely agree about avoiding the fish, but it works great with chicken/turkey and also the quinoa! The veggies aren't crispy like when you first take them out of the oven, but for convenience I can overlook it. You could always put the veggies in a toaster oven to heat them too...

Awesome idea! I should do this for Scott and I! Do you just warm it up in the microwave? Does it still taste good...not mushy? I'm thinking it would not be good to do this with fish and better to cook it each night! I'll have to post some pics of my dinners or your blog WHEN I make awesome ones. Then I can look back at it as a reference for Isgenix healthy meals. I made Amino Acid stir-fry with shrimp and it was good but I think I'll try it with chicken next time.
